One owner car that has very good car but higher than normal miles at 100,000 as most are in the 50s so I've fully reconditioned it mechanically and physically - new Michelin XL tires, hoses, belts, front end rebuilt (very important), transmission serviced, tune-up plus anything necessary to put it in top shape and it runs and drives superb.
